Taxali contributed to "Day of the Doon" at Bonny Doon Vineyard in Santa Cruz, California, an artist-driven project organized by maverick winemaker Randall Grahm, who commissioned noted artists to create original works for the vineyard's celebrated wine labels. The group exhibition extended Grahm's longstanding practice of pairing fine wine with fine art, and Taxali's vintage-inflected graphic style proved a natural fit for the project's playful sensibility.
