For the 2011 edition of Project 31, OCAD University's annual art auction fundraiser, Taxali contributed a work in support of the institution where he has taught for over a decade. The event brings together the OCAD community to raise funds for student bursaries and programming, with faculty donations forming the backbone of the auction.
